THE CONCEPTS:
The two Architects/Architectural Firm choosen by my tutor were Jorn Utzon a Danish Architect and BIG Architects. Both express very unique understandings of architecture and produce different work. The two main concepts that were derived from their architecture includes:
- Jorn Utzon - Solid, Void/ Public/ private spaces. Thick walls with functions leavng open public spaces
- BIG Architects - Subtraction and Addition
THE MONUMENTS:
The two monuments I decided use to show my impression of these concepts and be properly viewed in Google Warehouse - ARCH1101-Thomas Dean-Experiment 2 (search this in Googlewarehouse)

Combining both concepts to create an 'Electroliquid Aggregation'
By combining the two concepts about the architects a new concept can be formed relating to the the 'Space in between' where Architectural Studies, Architectural Computing and Engineering students can meet and discuss a number of topics. NEW CONCEPT
The creation of interactive spaces that allow people to engage with the architecture, either in their own personal space or connecting with other people in a much broader space. These 'public' and 'private' spaces are created uses the subtraction and addition of certain elements to create an engaging piece of architecture.

THE LANDFORM:
The environment that I created in the CryEngine adheres to the combinations of all of the concepts. I decided to include elevated terrain, acting as an addition as well as bodies of water that cut into the landfrom which acts as a subtraction. These additions and subtractions create unique spaces, some are open, yet other are enclosed and provide great privacy.
